A Traffic Management Plan is required for any event or activity that has the potential to create a traffic or pedestrian hazard within the road or road reserve. Please ensure your plan is in accordance with AS 1742.3, Mainroads WA Code of Practice for Events and your authorisation number is included.
Ticketed events with crowds over 5000 may require joint ticketing and consultation with Public Transport Authority.
Camping
Signage location (main roads, planning department) need to approve proposed signage (1 month prior to event)

I understand that the event application is to determine an approval and any conditions of approval. I will ensure that appropriate documents and insurances are in place for the activities to be conducted and will have copies available. There could be other requirements that exist outside of the application and that as the event organiser I am responsible.
