Opening times: By appointment only, Monday-Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm

Claiming your pet from the Animal Management Facility

Animals will only be released from the facility if:

• The appropriate fees have been paid (payments can be made at the Shire Administration Centre)
• Your pet is registered (payment of required registration fees can be made at the Shire Administration Centre)
• Your pet is micro-chipped (the Shire can have your pet micro-chipped at your expense and this must be paid for prior to your pet's release from the facility)
• Your pet is sterilised (the Shire can have your pet sterilised at your expense and this must be paid for prior to your pet's release from the facility)
• An appointment has been made with a Shire Ranger (contact the Rangers to organise an appointment time between Monday and Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm - after-hours fees apply outside of these times)
