The Office of the Auditor General is conducting a Performance Audit on Local Government Management of Road Maintenance, focused on regional WA. They are seeking feedback from road users via an online survey

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 56 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of the proposed dedication of the following Right of Way to a public road.

Alan Hart joins the team at the Shire and brings with him over 30 years of Local Government Experience. Alan is extremely experienced with Local Government finances with proven results of achieving best practice and top 20 Local Government status. Alan is looking forward to joining the team at the Shire and working with the team and Council to achieve the corporate outcomes for the benefit of the community.

At a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday 6th November, the Council of the Shire of Toodyay resolved to change the current structure for administering the Shire to ensure an appropriate structure is in place.
