Rules
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
- Keys must be returned on the first business day the Toodyay Community Resource Centre is open following your booking.
- The hirer does not have the right to hire the premises to a third party.
- The Room must be left in a clean and tidy state, with no rubbish left behind.
- Set up and pack up time must be included when making your booking.
- Should alcohol be sold, approval from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.
- Should alcohol be consumed, written approval must be obtained by the Shire of Toodyay’s CEO

As this is a shared building with other tenants, please be mindful of noise levels and cleanliness. The community Resource Centre offers a shared community kitchen. Cups, utensils, and cutlery are available, but consumables will need to be provided by the hire. Please be respectful and clean up after
