Anzac Day Services - 25 April 2025
The Toodyay community will come together on April 25th to honour Anzac Day with two significant services at Anzac Memorial Park (corner of Anzac Avenue and Clinton Street).
The Toodyay RSL invite you to pay your respects to service people past and present at one or all of the special events.

Location: Anzac Memorial Park (corner of Anzac Avenue and Clinton Street).
Following the service, participants can enjoy a traditional gunfire breakfast at Wicklow Shearing Shed, across from the Newcastle Gaol.
Gunfire breakfast
Time: 6.30am to 8.00am
Location: Wicklow Shearing Shed (Clinton Street)
The gunfire breakfast is hosted by the Toodyay Lions Club and the Toodyay RSL.
A gold coin donation would be appreciated, with proceeds supporting the Toodyay RSL Welfare Fund.
Anzac Parade
Time: from 10.15am
Location: Toodyay Memorial Hall
The main service will begin with a march from outside the Toodyay Memorial Hall. Veterans and participants are asked to form up at 10.15am; with the march starting at 10.30am. The procession will walk down Stirling Terrace, then into Harper Road followed by Anzac Terrace before arriving at the War Memorial at Anzac Memorial Park at 10.45am. The service will commence shortly before 11.00am.
Main service
Time: from 10.45am
Location: Anzac Memorial Park
A highlight of the main service will be a flyover by RAAF aircraft around 11.00am.
The Toodyay Sub-Branch of the RSL advises attendees to arrive early to ensure a good viewing spot for both services. These events offer a meaningful opportunity for the community to pay tribute to the sacrifices of the Anzacs and reflect on their legacy.
