Annual Electors Meeting 9 Feb 2026

In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995 and regulation 15 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the Shire of Toodyay advises that its Annual Meeting of Electors will be held as follows:

🕠 Time: 5:30 pm
📍 Venue: Toodyay Community Resource Centre, 67 Stirling Terrace, Toodyay
The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be convened to:
- Receive the Shire of Toodyay’s Annual Report for the 2024-2025 Financial Year; and
- Consider any other general business raised by electors.
Who May Attend
All electors, ratepayers and residents of the Shire of Toodyay are welcome to attend.
Voting and Participation
Each elector present is entitled to one vote on any matter to be decided at the meeting but is not obliged to vote.
Attendance Registration
Attendees are required to register their attendance prior to the commencement of the meeting. Details of registration procedures and requirements are available on the Shire’s website
Questions from Electors
Electors wishing to lodge questions no later than noon 09 February 2026.
