Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council has been convened by the Shire President and will be held as follows:

Location: Shire of Toodyay Council Chambers, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

1. Acceptance of the Annual Report, including the Audited Financial Statements.
2. Setting a date and time for the Annual Electors’ Meeting.
3. Significant matters raised in the 2024–2025 Financial Audit.
