DOG LOCAL LAW AMENDMENT LOCAL LAW 2027

The Shire of Toodyay proposes to make the Shire of Toodyay Dog Local Law Amendment Local Law 2027.

Purpose: to amend the Shire of Toodyay Dog Local Law 2026.

Effect: to correct drafting errors, amend provisions identified by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation and ensure compliance with the Dog Act 1976.

A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire Administration Centre at 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay during normal business hours and is available on the Shire's website at https://www.toodyay.wa.gov.au/publicnotices/

The Shire invites submissions on the proposed local law.

Submissions must be received no later than 4.00 pm on Friday 8 January 2027 and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer:
