Repeal Local Law 2025 - Extension of submission period to Thursday 8 January 2026

The Shire of Toodyay proposes to make the above local law.

• The purpose of which is to repeal the Extractive Industries Local Law relating to extractive industries.
• The effect of which will repeal the Extractive Industries Local Law as published in the Government Gazette on 1 November 1999, page 1368-9 is repealed.

A copy of the proposed Local Law may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire’s Administration Centre at 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay between 8.30 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday or at the Toodyay Public Library during normal opening hours.  This copy is available electronically here:  https://www.toodyay.wa.gov.au/publicnotices/repeal-local-law-2025-extension-of-submission-period-to-thursday-8-january-2026/212 

The Shire invites submissions by 4.00pm on Thursday 11 December 2025.
