Notice of Special Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Audit Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC) has been convened by the ARIC Chairperson and will be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 17 March 2026
Time: 10:30 am
Location: Shire of Toodyay Council Chambers, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:
- The Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee's Reporting Framework and the Committee's annual work plan, as outlined, in accordance with Clause 2.5 of the ARIC Charter.
- The proposed Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee meeting schedule as a component of the annual work plan.
The agenda, along with any accompanying attachments, will be made available later today.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
