The Shire of Toodyay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organisation in a key executive leadership role.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will:
- Lead the delivery of the Shire’s works and infrastructure program
- Oversee depot operations, parks & reserves, waste management and emergency services
- Develop and implement long-term capital works and asset management plans
- Provide expert advice to Council on infrastructure and service delivery
About You
You are a capable and collaborative leader with:
- Experience in infrastructure, civil works or asset management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of Local Government operations (highly desirable)
- Strategic planning and project delivery capability
- A focus on safety, compliance and service excellence
The Package
- Contract up to 5 years
- Total remuneration up to $191,000
- Includes vehicle, superannuation and professional development
