Notice of Temporary Road Closure for Roadworks in October - Bejoording Road

Please be advised the Shire will soon be undertaking extensive works on Bejoording Road which will require a section to be closed, details as follows:

Bejoording Road will be closed between Sheen Road and Red Gully Road.

The closure will be in effect from Monday 6 October to approximately Monday 27 October (3 weeks).

We are replacing all the culverts in this section which means the entire width of the road will be dug up, making it impassable for vehicles during this time.

Detours are necessary and will be in place for the duration of the works.

Contractors will be undertaking the works with assistance from the Shire’s Operations crew.

 Anyone travelling to Goomalling or Northam will need to go via Sheen Road to access Toodyay-Goomalling Road.
