Notice of Special Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Audit Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC) has been convened by the ARIC Chairperson and will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 17 March 2026
Time: 10:30 am

Location: Shire of Toodyay Council Chambers, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

1. The Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee's Reporting Framework and the Committee's annual work plan, as outlined, in accordance with Clause 2.5 of the ARIC Charter.
2. The proposed Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee meeting schedule as a component of the annual work plan.

The agenda, along with any accompanying attachments, will be made available later today. 

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
