Bejoording Road will reopen to all road users at 5:00 pm on Friday, 17 October 2025.Please be aware of the following temporary traffic conditions while improvement works continue.
Monday, 20 October to approximately Friday, 24 October 2025
Traffic management will be in place.
Single-lane closures with periodic stop/slow controls.
Expect reduced speeds and short delays.
60 km/h speed limit between Sheen Road and Red Gully Road.
This temporary speed zone will remain until January 2026, when road reconstruction is scheduled to resume.
Some gravel surface sections are present where culverts have been replaced.
Drive with care:
Increase following distances.
Accelerate and brake gently to avoid loose stones striking oncoming vehicles.
Be mindful of workers and machinery.
Obey all road signage and directions from traffic controllers.
