Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 4.30pm

Claiming your pet from the Animal Management Facility

No animal will not be released from the facility if:

• the appropriate fees have not been paid - pay the fees at the Shire Administration Office
• your pet is not registered - pay the required registration fees at the Shire Administration Office
• your pet is not microchipped - the Shire can have your pet micro-chipped at the owner's expense and this must be paid for prior to the release of the pet from the facility
• your pet is not sterilised - the Shire can have your pet sterilised at the owner's expense and this must be paid for prior to the release of the pet from the facility
• an appointment has not been made with the Ranger - Contact the Ranger to organise an appointment time between Monday and Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm.  After hours fees will apply outside of these times.
