NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE DIFFERENTIAL RATES
In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given with respect of the intention of the Shire of Toodyay to levy the following differential rates and minimum payments for the 2026/2027 financial year:

A statement of Objects and Reasons for adopting these rates is available for inspection or at the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Written submissions are to be received no later than 4.00pm 15 July 2026 via submissions@toodyay.wa.gov.au or via post addressed to Shire of Toodyay, Differential Rate Submission, PO Box 96, Toodyay, WA 6566.
