The Shire of Toodyay has entered the PROHIBITED BURNING PERIOD. No burning is allowed for any reason during this period, including open cooking, campfires, or the burning of rubbish and garden refuse. For more information see here.

When the time comes to reopen bars, cafes and restaurants, the Western Australian Government want them to be as clean and safe as possible. That’s why they will now fund a new FREE training course for all hospitality staff on COVID-19 hygiene.
The outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has changed the way that we live and work. Western Australia has managed the virus outbreak very well, and as WA’s hospitality and tourism businesses re-open, they will need to have new hygiene practices in place.
Workers in the hospitality and tourism industry have a role in supporting safe and healthy venues and practices. The AHA Hospitality & Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Course has been backed by the Western Australian Government and is designed to provide you with hygiene awareness and procedures.
