Closure of Shire Administration Office

Due to the coronavirus pandemic the Shire of Toodyay has made the decision to close the Shire Administration Office to public effective 5pm Thursday, 2 April 2020 until further notice.

There is no cause for alarm this is purely a precautionary measure we are taking to protect our staff and customer and help slow the spread of the virus within our community.

The Shire will still be operating behind closed doors to ensure we are able to provide an essential service to the community where possible.

Administration will be available during standard working hours 9.00am to 4.00pm to answer your phone calls and respond to emails.

Payment of accounts can be made

  • Online: You can make payment by direct deposit from your bank to the Shire, via BPAY and BPoint. Details are listed on the bottom of your invoice.
  • Credit Card: Call the Shire Office on 9574 9300.Your payment will be processed, and a receipt will be posted or emailed to you.
  • Cheque: Please place payment into an envelope with the payment slip from the bottom of your invoice and put it into the drop box in the door located to the left of the main door. Cheques for all services are to be made payable to “Shire of Toodyay”.
