The Shire of Toodyay advises that the closing date for submissions associated the Cat and Dog Local Laws 2026 has been extended.
Submissions will now be accepted until 4:00pm on Thursday, 30 April 2026.
To ensure consideration, all submissions must be provided in writing and emailed directly to submissions@toodyay.wa.gov.au. Submissions received after the revised deadline, or submitted via alternative methods, may not be accepted for consideration by Council.
The community’s interest is greatly appreciated and all interested parties are encouraged to lodge their submissions within the updated timeframe.
