Phone a Friend? - Not for Fires

Bush Fire Brigades have recently advised the Shire they are receiving reports of fire direct to brigade members, unattended stations or even via social media (yes it has happened).

Residents are reminded that all out of control fires should be reported directly to 000. This is the quickest way to have Fire brigades attend. Remember all fires start small, so the faster they can be contained, the less time our volunteers spend away from work and family.

So remember, for out of control fires call 000, and keep your 'phone a friend' in hand for game shows!
