The Shire of Toodyay is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Executive Manager Infrastructure, Assets and Services.
Located just 85km from Perth in the beautiful Avon Valley, Toodyay is experiencing strong growth and demand for infrastructure and services—making this a pivotal leadership role.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will:
- Lead the delivery of the Shire’s works and infrastructure program
- Oversee depot operations, parks & reserves, waste management and emergency services
- Develop and implement long-term capital works and asset management plans
- Provide expert advice to Council on infrastructure and service delivery
About You
You are a capable and collaborative leader with:
- Experience in infrastructure, civil works or asset management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of Local Government operations (highly desirable)
- Strategic planning and project delivery capability
- A focus on safety, compliance and service excellence
The Package
- Contract up to 5 years
- Total remuneration up to $191,000
