The Shire of Toodyay is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Executive Manager Economic Development and Community Services.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across economic development, tourism, recreation and community services
- Lead a multidisciplinary team
- Drive initiatives that support a vibrant, sustainable local economy
- Strengthen relationships with government, community and industry stakeholders
- Oversee key services including library, visitor centre, museum and community programs
About You
You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with:
- Proven experience in economic development and/or community services
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement expertise
- Ability to deliver outcomes aligned with community needs
- Local Government experience (desirable)
The Package
- Contract up to 5 years
- Total remuneration up to $191,000
- Includes vehicle, superannuation and professional development
