Harvest & Vehicle Movement Bans - Christmas & New Year Holiday Period

Please be advised that in accordance with Section 24C of the Bush Fires Regulations 1954 HVMBs are in effect for the following public holidays:
  • Thursday 25 December - Christmas Day
  • Friday 26 December - Boxing Day
  • Thursday 1 January - New Year's Day
During a HVMB, you may not:
  • Undertake harvesting operations.
  • Use or operate any engines, vehicles, plant or machinery over or in the vicinity of vegetation. This includes but not limited to cars, earthmoving machinery, motorbikes or ATVs.
