ROAD CLOSURE UPDATE: Bindi Bindi - Toodyay Road.

The Shire of Toodyay wishes to advise that Bindi Bindi Toodyay Road, between the intersections of Bindoon-Dewars pool Road and Telegraph Road will remain closed until Friday, 14 May. The temporary closure is due to severe damage to the bypass track at the current bridge replacement project.

An emergency detour is in place as follows:

- Church Gully Road;

- Leeming Road (Continues onto Nunile Road); and

- Bejoording Road.

Please allow an additional 10-15min additional journey time for the detour.

Please drive responsibly and consider the safety of others.

Alternative detour:

A sealed alternative is to use Goomalling - Toodyay Road and Bejoording Road.

The Shire apologises for the inconvenience caused and is working hard to get the road reopened as soon as possible.
