We’re currently looking to establish a casual pool of Customer Service Officers to potentially work in the Toodyay Library or Toodyay Visitor Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for people with a friendly attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence in handling money and operating point-of-sale systems (desirable)
• Good computer literacy
• Availability to work on weekends and during the week.
• The ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
