Notification - Delay of Restricted Burning Period

Due to seasonal conditions, the Shire of Toodyay has delayed the commencement of the Restricted Burning Period until Monday 10 October 2022. 

Burning may continue, with due care, up to and including 9 October 2022. Permits will be required for any burning occurring from and including October 10 to October 31, after which the Prohibited Burning Period will begin. Permit applications can be made here. Issued permits carry conditions which must be fully complied with, and penalties apply for breaches.
