Toodyay Yoga Classes

Whether it's for relaxation, greater mobility or self-care, yoga offers something for everyone. We offer classes each week at Nelson's Run studio and at Toodyay Community Resource Centre throughout the school term. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels, and modifications and instruction are offered throughout the class. This is an inclusive and welcoming environment to move your body and relax the mind. Private classes are also available.

Retreats

Nestled in the Avon Valley, our retreats allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and step into a restorative environment filled with yoga, trail running, time in nature, cheeky animals and nourishing food. We will wrap you up with all the best parts of Nelson's Run, and you will leave feeling revived and anew. See website for dates.

Bespoke Retreats

Whether it's to celebrate milestones or share in healing and friendship, we are able to create beautiful gatherings for you to enjoy at our beautiful property. Offerings include slow flow, vinyasa and yin yoga, breath and meditation, nature immersions, wildflower walks, trail running, arts & creative, and ceremonies.
