PROPOSED HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION – TINY CHALETS (x5) LOT 2 GOOMALLING TOODYAY ROAD, DUMBARTON

The Shire of Toodyay has received an application for a proposed holiday accommodation, which will consist of five (5) tiny chalets at Lot 2 Goomalling Toodyay Road, Dumbarton

The operator Tiny Cabins, is a company that supplies and operates holiday accommodation cabins in Western Australia on large lots with the purpose of providing the opportunity for people to be immersed in nature, typically for short one to two-day breaks.

The development proposal is as follows:

• This application proposes five ‘Holiday Accommodation’ cabins which will incorporate modern architecture with natural materials.
• A maximum of two guests would be allowed per booking with the standard duration of a booking being two nights.
• The cabins are designed to be energy and water efficient holiday accommodation units that focus on providing guests with the opportunity to connect to the natural environment.

Your views on the proposed holiday accommodation are encouraged and welcomed. The proposal is available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre, Old Court House, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay, during office hours. The proposal is also available for viewing on the Shire’s website at www.toodyay.wa.gov.au
