PROPOSED EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRY – GRAVEL LOT 123 CLACKLINE ROAD, HODDY’S WELL
The Shire of Toodyay has received an application from Ringa Civil for an extractive industry at Lot 123 Clackline Road, Hoddy’s Well.
The applicant is seeking approval to continue the extraction of sand from an existing pit and proposed expansion area. The existing extraction area covers 3.87ha with the proposed expansion area taking the total to 5.82ha. It is expected that an average of 2,000 to 10000 tonnes of material will be excavated per year. The anticipated duration of the extraction program is approximately 10 years.
Your views on the proposed extension and expansion of this extractive industry are encouraged and welcomed. The proposal is available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre, Old Court House, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay, during office hours. It can also be viewed online on the Shire’s website: www.toodyay.wa.gov.au.
