PROPOSED CHILD CARE PREMISES LOT 452 DRUMMOND STREET, NUNILE

The Shire of Toodyay has received an application for a proposed Child Care facility to be constructed on Lot 452 Drummond Street, Nunile for Jordan River Developments Pty Ltd.

The development proposal is as follows:

• This application proposes 43 children and 8 required staff members plus parking calculated at 1 bay per 5 children.

• Operating hours: Monday-Friday 6am-6pm, Saturday 6am-2pm, Sunday closed.

• Total number of parking bays provided is 16 bays. Additional provision for motorcycle and bicycle bays is also proposed.

Your views on the proposed Child Care facility are encouraged and welcomed. The proposal is available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre, Old Court House, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay, during office hours. The proposal is also available for viewing on the Shire’s website at www.toodyay.wa.gov.au
