PROPOSED DAM RELOCATION

LOT 3506 HARVESTER DRIVE, TOODYAY

The Shire of Toodyay has received an application from Main Roads WA (MRWA) for a dam relocation at Lot 3506 Harvester Drive, Toodyay.

Approval is being sought to relocate an existing dam at the above address due to Main Roads requiring land from the property for the purposes of the Toodyay Road Upgrade Project.

The new dam is proposed to be approximately 833m² in surface area (31m x 27m) as a gully catchment design. This will replace the existing dam of approximately 1700m² in surface area (52m x 33m).

Your views on this proposed dam relocation are encouraged and welcomed. The proposal is available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre, Old Court House, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay, during office hours. The proposal is also available to view here.

Submissions may be addressed in writing and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Toodyay, PO Box 96, Toodyay 6566, by 4:00pm on Thursday 2 March 2023.
