Please be advised that the Shire of Toodyay has received an application for development approval for Retrospective Dam Development and Rectification at Lot 77 Bejoording Road in Bejoording.

As an adjoining landowner and stakeholder, the Shire wanted to ensure that you were advised of the proposal and given an opportunity to comment. Please find attached details on the proposal for your information.

Your views on the proposal are encouraged and welcomed.
