The Shire of Toodyay has entered the RESTRICTED BURNING PERIOD. No burning is allowed without a valid permit.

As part of the Shire of Toodyay’s Capital Works Program, an 850m section of Toodyay Street (Continuing on to Toodyay West Road) will be reconstructed. Works involve the installation of piped drainage, road widening and adjusting levels to prevent water ponding. The existing footpath will be extended along Toodyay Street to Reserve Road, and a walkable gravel shoulder will then be provided for the remaining distance to Harcourt Street.
Drainage works are anticipated to begin Monday 31st May and will necessitate the short term local detours as pipes are trenched through the road. Property access to those immediately in the area of works will be maintained for the duration, however please drive with caution and follow any instruction given by traffic management.
