The Shire’s Community Funding Program for 2023-24 is currently open for applications. We encourage all eligible community groups to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to receive financial support for events and festivals, community capacity building, facilities and equipment upgrades.
The aim of the program is to grant financial assistance to organisations that provide services or activities that align with the Shire's Strategic Community Plan, and deliver sustainable social, environmental and/or economic benefit to the Toodyay community.
Funding is available for activities taking place after July 2023 and before 30 June 2024, and there are four funding levels: ad-hoc (<$1000); small grants ($1000-$3000); large grants ($3001-$10,000); and events, tourism and economic development (up to $15,000).
More information on the program (including eligibility criteria and application guidelines) and application forms are available here. Please note that all proposals for funding must be discussed with the Shire’s Community Development Officer (see contact details below) prior to an application being submitted.
Community Funding Program applications must be received by 4.00pm, Wednesday 5 April 2023. To discuss your proposal or the program further, visit our Community Development Officer Wesley Sutton at the Community Resource Centre or call 9574 9392 during business hours; or send an email any time.
