Proposed Commercial Pellet PlantLot M514 Red Gully Road, NunileThe Shire of Toodyay has recieved an application for a commercial pellet plant for stockfeed at Lot M514 Red Gully Road, Nunile. The applicant proposes to produce 1,000 tonne/year for domestic use and 1,000 tonne/year for commercial sales. Your views on the proposed pellet plant are encouraged and welcomed. The proposal is available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre, Old Court House, 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay, during office hours or may be downloaded via the link opposite. | LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 PROPOSAL TO CLOSE A PORTION OF NORTH STREET TO THE PASSAGE OF VEHICLESThe Shire of Toodyay has resolved close a 112m long portion of North Street north-east from south-western boundary of Lot 2 Fitzgerald Terrace, to the passage of vehicles. This portion of road is proposed to be closed to vehicles as it is not constructed to a suitable standard for vehicular traffic. The road will be closed to the passage of vehicles until the Shire of Toodyay constructs a road suitable for vehicular traffic. Plans showing the portion of road proposed to be closed to the passage of vehicles are available for inspection at the Shire’s Administration Centre at 15 Fiennes Street, Toodyay and will be available for inspection during office hours up to and including 31 May 2012. PROPOSED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES FOR 2012 QUIT TARGA WEST RALLYAn application has been received from Targa West Pty Ltd proposing a number of road closures on 18 August 2012 for the Quit Targa West Rally. The proposed road closures are as follows; Saturday 18th August 2012: Toodyay Service Park: Toodyay & Racecourse Stages (Majestic Heights): Coondle West Stage Coondle Highlands Stage Timberden & Timberden Reverse Stages Please note that the road closed times may be extended in the event of an accident.
