Disclosure of Interests
Councillors and certain Council Officers are required to disclose interests affecting impartiality.
Section 5.94 of the Local Government Act 1995 provides for the Disclosure of Interests Register to be inspected, free of charge, by any member of the public by attending the Shire Offices during office hours. Limits may apply subject to Section 5.95 provisions.
