    Rapid Ascent
    This MainPeak Multisport event comprises of 6 stages of comprising two each of trail running, road cycling and kayaking over a distance of almost of almost 130 kilometres in the one day. Participants may be solo competitors or relay teams of 3 or 6. It is envisaged that the fastest competitor will complete the event in 6.5 hours with others taking up to 12 hours. Some of Australia's most notable triathletes are expected to compete in this enormous personal endurance challenge providing less seasoned competitors a chance to run with the best.
