KidSport is a Department of Sport and Recreation (DSR) initiative. Its goal is to give all Western Australian children the chance to be involved in community sport and recreation, regardless of their financial circumstances.
The Shire of Toodyay, in partnership with the DSR, is proud to deliver the KidSport program to our community. Eligible children may apply for financial assistance for their sporting club fees, which then goes straight from the Shire to the registered KidSport clubs participating in the project.
Application is simple, with an online form available for those with a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card. Physical forms are also available for download. If you have already applied for KidSport using a physical form this calendar year, you do not need to reapply online.
For more information on eligibility, to register your local club or to apply for funding, please visit the KidSport website.
